Upcoming Regulatory Hearings
The next SEC regulatory will be held on Wednesday February 15, 2012 in Reno at the Nevada Department of Wildlife on Valley Road.

Appeals — An appeal of the Dayton Consolidated Exploration Project Permit #0315 was recently filed by the Comstock Residents Association; this appeal has been scheduled for February 16, 2012.

The Refuse Inc. appeal that was initiated on October 6, 2011 was re-scheduled to continue on December 5^th 2011. By order of the Commission and with concurrence of the parties this date was vacated and it appears this appeal will become moot with issuance of a permit modification.

The appeal for the Reid Gardner Coal Ash Landfill was recently re-scheduled by Commission for March 6 & 7, 2012.
