Alleged violation of Class II General Air Quality Operating Permit for Temporary Construct Sources Change of Location Approval AP1442-4165 (FIN A1944).

Recommendation: Approve NDEP-recommended penalty for W.W. Clyde Companies in the amount of $10,000.00 for NOAV No. 2794 and $4,200.00 for NOAV No. 2797 for a total of $14,200.00, or take other action as appropriate.
