Draft Language Access Plan for Public Comment

The Nevada State Environmental Commission is posting a DRAFT Language Access Plan for public comment. Senate Bill 318 (SB318), signed into law during the 2021 Nevada Legislative Session, requires all state agencies, including boards and commissions, to create a Language Access Plan (LAP) to improve access to government services, programs, and information for Nevadans with Limited English Proficiency.

The public is invited to provide comment for thirty (30) days. All comments must be summitted no later than May 21 at 5pm to sfontaine [at] ndep.nv.gov.
