2008 Public Hearings

June 07, 2008 — The State Environmental Commission (SEC) held a regulatory hearing on Tuesday, June 17 th 2008 at 10:00 am. The hearing was held in Las Vegas at the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (Board Room) 3150 Paradise Road, Las Vegas, Nevada 89109.

March 18, 2008 — The State Environmental Commission (SEC) concluded a regulatory hearing on Tuesday, March 18 ^th 2007. The hearing was held at the Nevada Department of Wildlife's Conference Room A, 1100 Valley Road, Reno, Nevada.

2007 Public Hearings

December 04, 2007 — The State Environmental Commission (SEC) concluded a regulatory hearing on Tuesday, December 4 ^th 2007. The hearing was held at the Nevada Department of Wildlife's Conference Room A, 1100 Valley Road, Reno, Nevada.

September 07, 2007 — The State Environmental Commission (SEC) held a regulatory hearing to address Air Settlement Agreement, Arsenic Rule Exemptions & Regulatory Petitions. At this hearing the SEC also considered a "public petition" submitted by Western Resource Advocates, in association with several other non-profit corporations.

May 24, 2007 — The State Environmental Commission held a non-regulatory hearing to address changes to the Division of Environmental Protections" State Implementation Plan. Other items considered were several Arsenic Rule Exemptions & Air Quality Settlement Agreements

2006 Public Hearings

September 06, 2006 — The State Environmental Commission held a regulatory hearing on September 06, 2006 at the Nevada Department of Wildlife's office at 1100 Valley Road, Reno, Nevada.

March 08, 2006 — The State Environmental Commission held a regulatory hearing on March 08, 2006 at the Washoe County Commission Chambers in Reno Nevada

2005 Public Hearings

October 04 — The State Environmental Commission (SEC) held a public hearing at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday October 4th at the Nevada Department of Wildlife's Conference Room A, 1100 Valley Road, Reno, Nevada. The purpose of the hearing is to receive comments from all interested persons regarding the adoption, amendment, or repeal of 9 (nine) regulatory petitions and related SEC business.

June 10 —The Nevada State Environmental Commission held a public hearing on June 10^th, 2005 in Carson City, Nevada. The purpose of the hearing was to receive comments from all interested persons regarding the adoption, amendment, or repeal of two regulatory petitions; the petitions were temporary and were presented by the Nevada Division of Environmental - Bureaus of Air Pollution Control & Mining Regulation & Reclamation.

2004 Public Hearings

November 30, 2004 — The Nevada State Environmental Commission held a public hearing on November 30, 2004 in Reno, Nevada. The purpose of the hearing was to receive comments from all interested persons regarding the adoption, amendment, or repeal of regulations.

August 19, 2004 — The Nevada State Environmental Commission held a public hearing beginning at 10:00 on August 19, 2004 in Carson City, Nevada. The purpose of the hearing was to receive comments from all interested persons regarding the adoption, amendment, or repeal of regulations.

February 26, 2004 — The Nevada State Environmental Commission held a public hearing beginning at 9:00 on February 26, 2004 in Reno, Nevada. The purpose of the hearing was to receive comments from all interested persons regarding the adoption, amendment, or repeal of regulations.

2003 Public Hearings

September 18, 2003 — The Nevada State Environmental Commission held a public hearing beginning at 9:00 on September 18, 2003. The purpose of the hearing was to receive comments from all interested persons regarding the adoption, amendment, or repeal of regulations.

June 19, 2003 — The Nevada State Environmental Commission held a public hearing beginning at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, June 19, 2003, at the Nevada Division of Wildlife's Conference Room A, 1000 Valley Road, Reno, Nevada. The purpose of the hearing was to receive comments from all interested persons regarding the adoption, amendment, or repeal of regulations.

2002 Public Hearings

November 19, 2002 — The Nevada State Environmental Commission held a public hearing beginning at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, November 19, 2002, at the Clark County Building Department, 4701 West Russell Road, Las Vegas, Nevada. The purpose of the hearing was to receive comments from all interested persons regarding the adoption, amendment, or repeal of regulations.

September 11, 2002, — State Environmental Commission, Public Hearing held a public hearing beginning at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, September 11, 2002, at the Nevada Division of Wildlife's Conference Room B, 1100 Valley Road, Reno, Nevada.

March 8, 2002 — The Nevada State Environmental Commission held a public hearing beginning at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, March 8, 2002, at the Nevada Division of Wildlife's Conference Room B, 1100 Valley Road, Reno, Nevada.

2001 Public Hearings

December 11, 2001 -- The Nevada State Environmental Commission held a public hearing beginning at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, December 11, 2001, at the Nevada Division of Wildlife's Conference Room B, 1100 Valley Road, Reno, Nevada.  The purpose of the hearing was to receive comments from all interested persons regarding the adoption, amendment, or repeal of regulations.

September 18, 2001 -- The Nevada State Environmental Commission held a public hearing beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 18, 2001, at the City of Las Vegas Council Chambers, 400 East Stewart Ave., Las Vegas, Nevada.  The purpose of the hearing was to receive comments from all interested persons regarding the adoption, amendment, or repeal of regulations.

May 10, 2001 -- The Nevada State Environmental Commission conducted a hearing at 10:30 a.m (Pacific Standard Time), on Thursday, June 21, 2001.
