Also amended is the definition of "major source" by excluding particulate matter greater than 10 microns. In addition, definition of "potential to emit" is amended to eliminate the provision requiring that air quality operating permits be federally enforceable. NAC 445B.028, 445B.094 and 445B.138 are amended. Annotated History of the Petition: Petition 96009 received from BAQ by SEC on 1/30/96 as a permanent regulation.
