Description of Petition:

Petition 96002 (LCB R104-95) permanently amends NAC 486A.030 by making the definition of alternative fuels consistent with NRS 486A.030. The permanent amendment adds language which changes the definitions of reformulated gasoline and low sulphur diesel to comply with the regulations adopted by the United States Environmental Protection Agency pursuant to the standards for the control of emissions from motor vehicles established by the Clean Air Act Amendments of 1990 (Pub. L. No. 101/549, Nov. 15, 1990).
