The petition makes technical corrections and other minor amendments to LCB File No. R051-93 (NAC 444.570 to 444.748). The sections amended include; 39, 43, 54, 63, 69, 70, 85, 86, 87, 86.5, 87, 94, 96, 112, 116, 134.5. The major amendments included the clarification of environmental health risk guidelines, requirements for final cover notice for closed Class II and Class I facilities, and new class II facility groundwater monitoring requirements.
